I graduated from Rochester Community College in Rochester, Minnesota with an Associate Degree in Nursing. My nursing experience was in an ICU at St. Mary's Hospital in Rochester. I graduated from Abbott-Northwestern School of Anesthesia, Minneapolis, Minnesota as a Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist in 1982.

My work history includes nine years at Marshfield Clinic and seventeen years at Aurora Health Care in Two Rivers, Wisconsin. Currently I am employed at Aurora and with CRNA Associates providing anesthesia in a hospital setting and also outpatient facilities. This includes general and regional anesthesia services for orthopedic, general, ENT, obstetrics, ophthalmology and urology specialties.

I am certified in Basic Life Support (BLS), Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS), Pediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS) and Neonatal Advanced Life Support (NALS). I am an active practicing member of the American Association of Nurse Anesthetists and of the Wisconsin Association of Nurse Anesthetists.
